Fragrance quality was not good .I have ordered same cups last year and they were awesome but this time I am disappointed

Purchased Loban cups ... poor quality less quantity in each cups.

Very bad ,smokes only ,no good smell , smells like burning plastic

There is no smell of loban & gugal coming from it

I am using Navin Sambrani since long but this time I am very much disappointed. There is no smell of loban only smoke .
Dear Team please look into it and maintain the same quality.The batch code of Sambrani is OH6166
