I bought this incense stick holder and ash catcher. It had been delivered on 3rd March 21. I was not happy and I felt that, I had been losers because this excellent product was damaged and which had been repaired with a very bad process and with most negligence. I was very saddened by this incident. Because I have been using the products of many agarbatti companies since my youth and I have seen only a few companies make pure organic agarbatti. Of these, only the Cycle company I loved as my favorite company. Since the birth of this company, I have been using only the products of this company. So I thought there was something for this incident. I wrote review without any complaints but the Company gave importance in that incident and provide me a ₹250 coupon. I have been very much glad to know that may favorite agarbatti company is really a honest concern and they take enough care for their Customer. I am now very glad and happy.
