What does IRIS stands for? Is it your own brand or other company's? Is it manufactured by you or outsourced from some one other than NR Group?

The product which you delivered through the courior didnt delevered to me. Without visiting my address he gave report as door locked. I wasnt intimated by any delivery boys with the courior. I wrote to change the courior service according to past experianve

The incense sticks are good but the perfume is too strong. It should be more milder.

I am looking for more premium quality products.
